Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse or buy from TrendyWear. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Our t-shirts are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Each drop is a limited run. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed garment.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; if we cannot fulfill it, we will cancel and refund you.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Production and delivery times depend on Printful; we send tracking when your order ships.

Returns

Because items are printed on demand, we accept returns or replacements for products that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order email and a photo, and we will make it right.

Intellectual property

The TrendyWear name, store, and original designs are our property. You may not reproduce or resell our designs without permission.

Limitation of liability

The store and products are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, TrendyWear is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the store or products. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
