This policy explains what information TrendyWear collects when you visit our store or place an order, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell you a t-shirt and ship it.

Information we collect

  • Order details. When you check out we collect the email address and shipping address you provide so we can fulfill and send you the order.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches our servers — Stripe handles it directly and sends us only a confirmation and the information needed to fulfill the order.
  • Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which drops people look at. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

We do not run user accounts, so we do not store passwords, and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, send order-related messages (confirmation, tracking), handle refunds or support requests, and improve the store. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that make an order possible:

  • Stripe — to process your payment.
  • Printful — our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, which prints and ships your order using the name and address you provide.

Each handles your data under its own privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns, and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Because we do not run accounts, the fastest way to identify your data is the email address used at checkout.
